La Roomantic Colonial is a colonial house very wide and ventilated on the first and upper floors. The house is very cleaning. The common areas are very wide and possess big balconies with view to the street. Two very wide rooms are leased.

The family is composed by 3 people and its room is in the upper floor.

The house is located in Havana City, Cuba, in a tourist and central zone, only 300 mts. away from the Parque Central and the Capitolio Nacional, 500 mts. away from the Barrio Chino, 700 mts. away from the Malecón Habanero, and 300 mts from Old Zone of the City.

Facilities are:

• 2 wide rooms. Both are equipped with 1 matrimonial bed and 1 personal bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan. They possesses private bathroom with hot and cool water.
